According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HLIG (300979.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Junyao Group Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Junyao"), has submitted a proposal regarding the profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025 for Zhongshan HLIG Industrial Group Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Junyao proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 10 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders
