According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SCN (300987.SZ) announced that its shareholder, China Youth Publishing Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Youth Publishing Group"), plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1.5 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
