# ZHUHAI COSMX plans to launch a stock option and restricted stock incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhuhai COSMX (688772.SH) announcement, the company has disclosed the draft of the 2025 stock option and restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 33.81006 million shares, accounting for 2.99% of the company's total equity. Among them, 30.81006 million shares will be granted for the first time. The plan proposes to grant 18.999090 million stock options to the incentive recipients, with 17.499090 million granted for the first time. It also proposes to grant 14.810970 million restricted stocks to the incentive recipients, with 13.310970 million granted for the first time. A total of 798 individuals will be granted for the first time, with the exercise price of the stock options (including reserved grants) set at 14.76 yuan per share, and the grant price of the restricted stocks (including reserved grants) set at 9 yuan per share
