HNHD announced that the company will hold the fifth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on August 8, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the supplementary election of non-independent directors. On the same day, the 24th meeting of the eighth board of directors will be held, electing Mr. Yang Xiaoqiang as the chairman of the board, with a term consistent with that of the eighth board of directors
