According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EMPTECH announced that Ms. Gao Jing, a shareholder and director holding 31.60% of the shares, plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.599 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after the disclosure of the share reduction announcement, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
