# Foran Energy: Zhongcheng Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.37% of its shares

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, Foran Energy (002911.SZ) announced that its shareholder Hainan Zhongcheng Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongcheng Co., Ltd.") holding 6.78% of the shares intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.8 million shares (accounting for 0.37% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading. The reduction period will be within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement is disclosed
