On August 11th, Zhejiang Provincial New Energy announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter submitted by the company's vice chairman Zhang Liangli. Due to work arrangements, Zhang Liangli resigned from the positions of vice chairman and member of the board nomination committee. After resigning, Zhang Liangli will no longer hold any position in the company. Zhang Liangli's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company
