GS: Appointed Gu Cui as General Manager and Cheng Jinyuan as Executive Deputy General Manager

On August 11th, GS announced that the second meeting of the seventh board of directors reviewed and approved the proposal on the appointment of senior management personnel and securities affairs representatives. Gu Cui was appointed as the general manager of the company, Cheng Jinyuan as the executive vice general manager, Zhang Gaorong, Bian Yabo, Feng Liangjiao, and Bao Dongxiao as vice general managers, Bian Yabo as the secretary of the board of directors, Ni Xiaofei as the financial head of the company, and Fei Yanan as the securities affairs representative. The term of the above personnel is from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the seventh board of directors. After the completion of this senior management personnel appointment, Chen Zhijun will no longer serve as the vice general manager of the company, and Jiang Jiehua will no longer serve as the financial head of the company
