SVG announced that its shareholder Yu Zhangxing, who holds more than 5% of the shares, directly owns 21.272 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.19% of the total share capital. Due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.5772 million shares, accounting for 0.99% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding from September 2, 2025, to December 1, 2025, which is within three months after the announcement date, excluding the number of shares in the repurchase special account, accounting for 1.00%
