CEVIA: Plans to list and transfer 100% equity of Walkman to focus on core business
On August 11th, CEVIA announced that it plans to publicly transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Henan Walkman Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. through Henan Zhongyuan Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd., with a listing price not lower than the asset appraisal results filed. This transaction has been approved by the board of directors and the supervisory board, and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting, thus not constituting a major asset reorganization. The counterparty for the transaction is yet to be determined. As of June 30, 2025, Walkman's audited net assets amounted to 105.7583 million yuan, with an appraisal increase of 9.3012 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Walkman will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements, and the proceeds will be used for production and operation. This transaction is beneficial for the company to focus on its core business and optimize resource allocation
