According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SHUANGYI TECH (300690.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Mr. Wang Qinghua, along with his concerted actor Mr. Wang Qinghai, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.31 million shares (accounting for 0.7923% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement (from September 5, 2025, to December 4, 2025)
