# Gentech plans to acquire 62.2318% equity of Hanjing Semiconductor for 1.12 billion yuan

According to the announcement from Gentech (688596.SH), the company has signed a Share Transfer Agreement with five shareholders of Liaoning Hanjing Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hanjing Semiconductor") to acquire 62.2318% equity in Hanjing Semiconductor through share transfer, with a total transaction amount of 1.12 billion yuan. Upon completion of this transaction, Hanjing Semiconductor will become a controlling subsidiary of the company.

The company and Hanjing Semiconductor have strong synergies in product expansion, technology research and development, and operational capabilities. This transaction aligns closely with the company's development strategy and further promotes the development of the company's OPEX business. After the transaction is completed, Hanjing Semiconductor will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements, which will help enhance the company's profitability and overall competitiveness, continuously driving the company's steady development
