According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kaizhong Precision (002823.SZ) announced that in order to implement the strategic planning layout for overseas connectors and other precision components businesses, the company plans to invest in establishing a subsidiary and building a new production base in Thailand, with an investment amount not exceeding 250 million RMB (or equivalent in other currencies), including but not limited to purchasing land and constructing fixed assets. The funding sources will be the company's own funds and self-raised funds, with the actual investment amount subject to the approval amount from Chinese and local authorities.
