# Vie Science & Technology plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Vie Science & Technology (002590.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan, which will involve no more than 60 participating employees. The shares for the employee stock ownership plan will come from the shares repurchased in the company's dedicated repurchase securities account. After being reviewed and approved by the company's shareholders' meeting, the employee stock ownership plan will acquire and hold the company's shares held in the dedicated repurchase securities account through non-trading transfers and other legally permitted methods, totaling no more than 800,000 shares, accounting for 0.15% of the company's current total share capital. The transfer price for the shares acquired from the company's dedicated repurchase securities account will be 7.43 yuan per share
