# Astro-century's controlling shareholder plans to reduce holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Astro-century (300654.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Xinjiang Zhihong Education Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhihong Education"), which holds 46.71% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 10.9837 million shares (accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
