# ST SGSG: The Zibo Municipal Finance Bureau does not agree to Zibo Guotou's acquisition and subscription of the company's shares through a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST SGSG (300561.SZ) announced that on August 13, 2025, the company received a reply from the Zibo High-tech State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zibo Guotou") issued by the Zibo Municipal Finance Bureau regarding the acquisition of Zhuhai Huijin Technology Co., Ltd. by Zibo Guotou, which disapproves of Zibo Guotou's acquisition and subscription for the company's shares. As of the announcement date, the company has not received any written notification from Zibo Guotou regarding the termination of this control change matter. The company's control change matter may be terminated, and investors are advised to pay attention to investment risks. As of the announcement date, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and main business have not changed
