The plaintiff is SHANXI FEN WINE, and the defendant is Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Distillery Co., Ltd. Qichacha information shows that SHANXI FEN WINE was established in December 1985, with Yuan Qingmao as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 1.22 billion. The related company, Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Group Co., Ltd., is the major shareholder of this company. Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Distillery Co., Ltd. was established in February 2013, with Wang Xiaofen as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million, jointly held by Shanxi Jiake Media Co., Ltd. and others
