# CITC: Plans to transfer no more than 18.92% equity of its subsidiary, Jicheng Jiwen

On August 14, 2025, the 21st meeting of the 8th Board of Directors of Sichuan Chengfei Integration Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the form of communication, with all 8 directors present. The meeting reviewed and approved the proposal on the company's planned transfer of part of its equity in its subsidiary, Chengdu Jiweng, with 8 votes in favor and no votes against or abstentions. To deepen the mixed-ownership reform of Chengdu Jiweng and promote its healthy development, the company plans to publicly transfer no more than 18.92% of its equity, with the transfer price not lower than the registered appraisal price. After the transfer, the company's shareholding will not be less than 68.50%, still making it the controlling shareholder
