# Aero-Chips: Chairman Zhou Wei resigns

On August 14th, Aero-Chips announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the company's chairman, Zhou Wei. Zhou Wei applied to resign from his positions as a director of the sixth board of directors, chairman, chairman of the board's strategic development committee, and member of the board's audit committee due to work adjustments. After Zhou Wei's resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. To ensure smooth business decision-making and normal operation of the board of directors, all directors of the company elected Yan Zhiyu to act as chairman and chairman of the board's strategic development committee, and independent director Zhang Yi to act as a member of the board's audit committee, until a new chairman is elected. The company will complete the election of the new chairman and related adjustments to the board's specialized committee members as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures
