The arbitration was initiated by Datou Medical Devices Co., Ltd., claiming to confirm exclusive agency rights and seeking compensation for losses. The case has not yet been heard, and there is uncertainty regarding its impact on the company's current or future profits. IMEIK and REGEN will actively respond to the lawsuit and fulfill their information disclosure obligations
