TONGDA GROUP announced that its indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary Tongda Smart Tech will subscribe to wealth management products from Xiamen International Bank on July 9, July 17, and August 14, 2025, with subscription amounts of 30 million yuan, 18 million yuan, and 48 million yuan, respectively
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TONGDA GROUP (00698) announced that on July 9, 2025, July 17, 2025, and August 14, 2025, its indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary Tongda Smart Tech will use its idle funds to subscribe for several financial products, including subscribing for (i) the first Xiamen International Bank financial product, the second Xiamen International Bank financial product, and the third Xiamen International Bank financial product, with subscription amounts of RMB 30 million, RMB 18 million, and RMB 48 million, respectively
