Misun announced that its shareholder Runke Investment, holding 4.68% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,327,800 shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months from the 15 trading days after the announcement date, specifically from September 5, 2025, to December 4, 2025, through centralized bidding and/or block trading, with a maximum of 442,600 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1%, and no more than 885,200 shares through block trading, accounting for 2%
