# NB KBE: The shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties has increased without announcement

KBE announced that on August 14, 2025, it received the "Administrative Supervision Measures Decision" from the Ningbo Securities Regulatory Bureau. The controlling shareholder Ningbo Xinxie Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and its concerted actors Lin Guangyao, Lin Guangcheng, and Lin Qiang increased their shareholding from 76.81 million shares to 108 million shares, with the shareholding ratio rising from 56.97% to 57.11%. Due to the failure to announce the changes in equity, in violation of Article 13, Paragraph 3 of the "Measures for the Administration of the Acquisition of Listed Companies," administrative supervision measures were taken, including an order for correction and a supervisory conversation. The company will rectify the situation in a timely manner and submit a written rectification report within the specified time
