# Mentech: The controlling shareholder's agreement to transfer 5.02% of the company's shares has been completed

Mentech announced that the agreement transfer matter between the company's controlling shareholder Yang Xianjin and Shenzhen Jiayi Asset Management Co., Ltd. has completed the transfer registration procedures. The transferee Jiayi Xinghe No. 2 promised not to reduce the shares acquired through this agreement transfer within eighteen months after the transfer is completed. This agreement transfer involves 11.8 million shares, accounting for 5.02% of the company's total share capital, with the nature of the shares being unrestricted tradable shares. The transfer price is RMB 198 million. After the transfer is completed, Yang Xianjin and his concerted actors will hold a total of 68.8466 million shares in the company, accounting for 29.30% of the company's total share capital, still making him the controlling shareholder; Jiayi Xinghe No. 2 will hold 11.8 million shares in the company, accounting for 5.02% of the company's total share capital, becoming the second largest shareholder of the company
