Sailing announced that the company's controlling shareholders He Kaiwen and Yue Yamei signed a share transfer agreement with Shanghai Shengxun Dongyue Information Technology Partnership and Shanghai Jinzhongyi Enterprise Management Partnership. According to the agreement, He Kaiwen intends to transfer 36.38 million unrestricted circulating shares of the company to Shanghai Shengxun, accounting for 19.00% of the company's total share capital; He Kaiwen and Yue Yamei intend to transfer a total of 11.599 million unrestricted circulating shares of the company to Shanghai Jinzhongyi, accounting for 6.06% of the company's total share capital. The share transfer price is 15.02 yuan per share, with a total transaction price of 721 million yuan. After the completion of the equity change, Shanghai Shengxun will become the controlling shareholder of the company, and Shengning will become the actual controller of the company
