Recently, Shifeng Cultural Development Co., Ltd. stated that its controlling shareholder Cai Junquan pledged 1.68 million shares on August 15, accounting for 3.03% of his holdings and 1.00% of the company's total share capital. The pledgee is Shantou Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd., used to supplement working capital.
