Hengbo Holdings announced that its shareholder Hainan Mingxu Enterprise Management Partnership originally planned to reduce its shareholding by no more than 3.044 million shares within three months after the announcement of the reduction plan, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital excluding repurchased shares; among them, the reduction through centralized bidding within any consecutive 90 calendar days shall not exceed 1%, and the reduction through block trading shall not exceed 2%. As of the expiration of the plan, Hainan Mingxu has not reduced any shares, and its shareholding remains at 3.67 million shares, accounting for 3.62%
