According to the asset appraisal report issued by Beijing Zhongqi Hua Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., as of the benchmark date of April 30, 2025, the book value of all shareholders' equity in Aerospace Baker is 189 million yuan, with an appraisal value of 201 million yuan. The listing transfer base price for ASCF's 55.45% equity stake in Aerospace Baker is 111 million yuan
