SinoDaan announced that the company held the eighth meeting of the fifth board of directors on August 18, 2025, and approved the proposal to terminate the acquisition of 100% equity of Shandong Liuhou Information Consulting Co., Ltd. Previously, the company planned to acquire 100% equity of SinoDaan Information Consulting Co., Ltd. for no more than 5.5 million RMB. Due to changes in the operating conditions of SinoDaan's consulting business, the original shareholders were unable to meet the agreed net profit conditions, and the company decided to terminate the original agreement and the supplementary agreement. The termination agreement has been signed, and the company is no longer required to fulfill any of the provisions of the original agreement and the supplementary agreement. The termination of this transaction will not adversely affect the company's existing production and operational activities and development
