SINOCERA MATERIAL announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Mr. Wang Yan to establish a joint venture company focused on the research, development, production, and sales of solid-state battery-related materials. The registered capital of the joint venture company is RMB 10 million, with the company contributing RMB 8 million of its own funds, accounting for 80% of the registered capital of the joint venture company, and Mr. Wang Yan contributing RMB 2 million of his own funds, accounting for 20% of the registered capital of the joint venture company
