# Hicon: Pu Huahui Xin plans to reduce holdings by 3.86%

Hicon announced that two shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Park Hwa-hui and Zhongwen Chantuo, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares due to funding needs. From September 9, 2025, to December 8, 2025, they intend to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding or block trading, with a total reduction of no more than 16.0962 million shares, accounting for 3.86% of the company's total share capital; and a reduction of no more than 6.255 million shares, accounting for 1.5% of the company's total share capital. The above shares were all held before the initial public offering
