The ceramic substrates for optical modules are mainly used for heat dissipation, including bases and semiconductor thermoelectric coolers (TEC). Previously, SINOCERA Sai Chuang has achieved mass production of semiconductor thermoelectric coolers (TEC) and small batch sales.
