Liaoning SDWH Co., Ltd. announced that the 142,633,473 shares of the company held by its controlling shareholder, Liaoning SDWH Holding Group Co., Ltd., were released from a pending freeze on August 18, accounting for 99.65% of its holdings and 48.46% of the company's total share capital. This portion of shares was subject to a judicial pending freeze applied by Liaoning Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. in November 2022. After the thaw, the remaining frozen shares of SDWH Holding Group amount to 142,633,473 shares, with 101,570 shares still pending freeze
