The purpose of the pledge is to repay other pledged loans. Mr. Chen Haibin and his concerted actor, Hangzhou Dian Holdings Co., Ltd., have a total of 97.46 million pledged shares, accounting for 15.59% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Chen Haibin holds 164 million shares in the company, accounting for 26.31% of the total share capital, of which the pledged shares are 97.46 million, accounting for 59.27% of his holdings
