SENSSUN announced that shareholders Zhao Yukun and Chen Bo, who hold more than 5% of the shares, will reduce their holdings by 3.96 million shares and 3.2396 million shares, respectively, through centralized bidding and block trading from July 8, 2025, to August 19, 2025, accounting for 3.00% and 2.45% of the company's total share capital, respectively.
