# Sanbo: Shareholder TBP plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

Sanbo announced that its shareholder TBP 3DoctorsLimited plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 6,089,694 shares within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding and block trading. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 2,029,898 shares, and the reduction through block trading will not exceed 4,059,796 shares
