On August 21, GD TIANHE announced that the company had previously agreed to provide financial assistance of CNY 243,200 to its affiliated company, Leizhou Guangken Dongxiyang Rice Industry Co., Ltd., at a 19% investment ratio, with a term of one year and an annual interest rate of 4.785%. On August 22, 2024, the company signed a "Financial Assistance Agreement" with the rice industry company. As of now, the rice industry company has not repaid the principal of CNY 243,200 and the corresponding interest generated from the financial assistance provided. The company has actively communicated with the rice industry company and has sent a written letter urging the repayment of the loan, prompting them to fulfill their repayment obligations. Currently, the company's production and operations are normal, and the overdue situation of the aforementioned financial assistance will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's production and operations
