# GMTECH: Purchase of Xingyin Fund products not exceeding 180 million yuan

GMTECH announced that the company and its subsidiaries will use no more than 800 million RMB of their own funds for securities investment and wealth management, while ensuring the daily production and operational funding needs and effectively controlling risks. To further enhance the efficiency of fund utilization, the company will purchase products issued by Xingyin Fund and cooperate to establish a collective asset management plan with a total balance not exceeding 180 million RMB. Within this balance, the aforementioned investment amount can be reused. The company holds 24% of the shares in Xingyin Fund, and Mr. Chen Wei serves as a director of Xingyin Fund. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction for the company
