Toread: Wang Jing plans to reduce her holdings by 0.5% of shares

Toread announced that shareholder Wang Jing holds 43.7221 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.17%. She plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 4.2247 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.5% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure, through centralized bidding. The reduction price range will be determined based on the market price at the time of reduction
