# Nedfon: Zhenzhong Investment will reduce its holdings by no more than 1.00% within three months

Nedfon announced that its shareholder and actual controller's concerted actor, Zhenzhong Investment, which holds 6.43% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 680,000 shares through centralized bidding within three months after the 15 trading days from the announcement date, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital; its current holdings are 4.375 million shares, accounting for 6.43% of the total share capital. The shares to be reduced are from the shares held before the initial public offering, and the reduction price will not be lower than the issuance price calculated on a post-adjustment basis prior to the transfer date. If the company undergoes any events such as stock dividends, rights issues, or capital reserve transfers during this period, the number of shares to be reduced will be adjusted accordingly
