BOJI CRO announced that its controlling shareholder Wang Tingchun and concerted party Feimi No. 13 plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 11.4865 million shares, accounting for 3.00%, through block trades or centralized bidding from September 12, 2025, to December 11, 2025. Among them, Feimi No. 13 plans to reduce 1.7079 million shares through block trades and 3.8288 million shares through centralized bidding, while Wang Tingchun plans to reduce 5.9498 million shares through block trades
