The "Bo 23 Convertible Bond" can be converted into shares starting from June 28, 2024, with the latest conversion price set at 14.68 yuan per share. From August 11 to 22, 2025, the company's stock has had a closing price not lower than 130% of the conversion price for 10 trading days.
