SCMC: Jointly established a joint venture company with Hengda Zhikong
SCMC announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Zhengzhou Hengda Zhikong Technology Co., Ltd. to establish Shaanxi Shanmei Hengda Zhikong Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture is 100 million yuan, with SCMC contributing 51 million yuan for a 51% stake, and Hengda Zhikong contributing 49 million yuan for a 49% stake. This move aims to accelerate industrial structure adjustment, focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of intelligent mining control systems and core components for coal mines, providing comprehensive, safe, reliable, and efficient intelligent mining control system solutions
