ENN-NG announced that the company plans to privatize ENN Energy Holdings through its wholly-owned subsidiary and to list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of introduction. This transaction constitutes a major asset restructuring and a related party transaction. The company received the "Overseas Investment Project Filing Notification" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China on August 22, 2025, and the filing procedure with the National Development and Reform Commission has been completed for this transaction
