# OUC HOLDINGS: Geng Yu appointed as a member of the nomination committee

According to the announcement from OUC HOLDINGS (08067), effective from August 22, 2025: Mr. Zhou Huasheng will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; Ms. Geng Yu has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.

After the above changes, the Nomination Committee will be chaired by Mr. Zheng Wenbiao, with Mr. Liu Guilin and Ms. Geng Yu as members
