# MONTNETS TECHNOLOGY, HFH, and others invest in Shenzhen High-tech Investment High-end Equipment Industry Investment Fund

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, the Shenzhen High-tech Investment High-end Equipment Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise underwent a business change, with its registered capital increased to 1.54 billion yuan. New shareholders include MONTNETS TECHNOLOGY, HFH, and Tianjin Zhuoyi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. Qichacha shows that the Shenzhen High-tech Investment High-end Equipment Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise was established in December 2024, and its business scope includes engaging in equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities through private equity funds. It is currently jointly held by Shenzhen Guiding Fund Investment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen High-tech Investment Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and the aforementioned new shareholders
