# Zhendong Pharmacy: Adjusting the upper limit of the repurchase price to RMB 11.40 per share

Zhendong Pharmacy announced that in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the share repurchase plan, the upper limit of the repurchase price will be adjusted from 6.00 yuan/share to 11.40 yuan/share. This price does not exceed 150% of the average trading price of the company's stock over the 30 trading days prior to the board's resolution to approve the adjustment proposal. The adjusted upper limit of the repurchase price will take effect from August 25, 2025. The total amount for the repurchase will not be less than 50 million yuan and not exceed 100 million yuan
