Guangdong Great River Smarter: The controlling shareholder has partially lifted the pledge on its shares
Recently, Guangdong Great River Smarter Logistics Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Guangdong Great River Group Co., Ltd., will release 13.04 million shares from pledge on August 22, 2025, accounting for 9.05% of its held shares and 2.85% of the company's total share capital as of August 20, 2025. The pledgee is Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. As of the announcement date, Great River Group and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 89.10 million shares, accounting for 36.46% of their held shares and 19.48% of the company's total share capital
