Huangma Technology announced that the company's shareholders Wang Xinrong and Ma Xiakun plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 800,000 shares each through block trading or centralized bidding within 90 days after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement due to personal funding needs. The total reduction for both individuals will not exceed 1.6 million shares, with each person's reduction ratio not exceeding 0.1359%. Currently, Wang Xinrong and Ma Xiakun each hold 16.5055 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.8% of the company's total share capital.
