ZHUHAI COSMX announced that the company plans to implement a new lithium battery production construction project with its own or self-raised funds of approximately RMB 2 billion, aimed at building a new steel shell mass production line. The project is located in Doumen District, Zhuhai City, with an expected investment amount of RMB 2 billion, funded by its own or self-raised funds. The construction period of the project is expected to be 12 months, aiming to enhance the company's core competitiveness of products, meet customer demands, and consolidate and expand market share. This investment will not affect the company's daily capital turnover and business, operational independence, nor will it adversely affect its financial and operational status
